Deposit of 50% is required to reserve the studio; deposits are non-refundable and non-negotiable. Rescheduling within seven (7) days of your booking will incur an additional fee of $100

• Renter is expected to leave studio as found or $125 will be added for cleaning.  
• Groups of 10+ automatic sanitation cleaning fee of $125 will be added to rental.
• Repainting of Cyclorama wall if deemed necessary $75
• T.Y.E. Studios prohibits pornography, drug use, & smoking in the studio (unless it is for a shot). Parent or Legal Guardian must accompany anyone under the age of 18  

Rental time begins and ends at the agreed, scheduled time. One hour for set-up or hair & make-up  may be added to your time at 50% of the rental rate. 

Damage to any and all equipment or studio property is 100% the responsibility of the rental client. A professional will assess repairs or replacement of the equipment.

  Studio can accommodate groups up to 20 Large groups are asked to stagger your talent.
