Our studio is located in the vibrant heart of South Florida, Fort Lauderdale, Dania Beach, Florida, minutes from the bustling centers of Miami and Palm Beach Our facility is designed for the industry, offering wheelchair accessibility, fully controlled climate (cold AC, a must in Florida) and huge floor to ceiling, natural DAYLIGHT windows with blackout capabilities to enhance you creative process.
With over 20 years of experience, we've been serving the diverse needs of South Floridas creative industry, providing complete photographic solutions. We are conveniently located 1/4 mile east of I95 and close to Florida's Turnpike, making it a breeze to reach us.
Plus for those flying in, we're a short 10 minute uber from Fort Lauderdale International airport (FLL), allowing you to book a flight, have an inspiring shoot in our studio, and return home all in the same day!

Hi I'm Donna Peplin
I am simply an ordinary woman leading an extraordinary life. My journey began in 2006 after early retirement (so boring)
Initially my background was in the Interior Design Industry speciallizing in custom yachts , but then as God would have it my skills were put to the test in manufacturing a carry bag for the M249 Machine Gun for the US Army (it's a long story LOL) I was able retire did I mention boring...I had been an avid amateur photographer for years, so...
I prayed that if money or time was not an issue God would direct my steps, and he did. Becoming a Professional Photographer has taken years to accomplish only with God's help...watch what you ask God for LOL.
T.Y.E. Studios was born in 2006, little did I know that after working with professional models for a few years who were now getting married and pregnant that's where God wanted me, I fell in love with the pregnant woman.
As the owner of T.Y.E. Studios, it's a privilege to co-share our fantastic studio with other creatives. Co-sharing is the way to go with the real-estate rental market being high in Florida. Join us by the day, half day or hourly.

Hello! I'm Kate Rehmus, a passionate photographer based in Fort Lauderdale, FL.

I've always believed that I'm just and ordinary woman living and extraordinary life. My path hasn't been a straight line-from designing interiors for custom yachts to navigating the unexpected world of manufacturing gear for the U.S. Army-but every step lead me here.
After early retirement (boring) I realized that my lifelong passion for photography was where I truly belonged.
T.Y.E. Photography Studios was launched in 2006, I was mentored by Andre Rowe who introduced me to the world studio lighting and professional models. The models were maturing, getting married and pregnant so... my heart truly found its purpose when I began capturing the beauty of a pregnant woman and her amazing curves.
Today I am proud to open the doors of T.Y.E. Photography Studios to other creatives.
Knowing how challenging the Florida real estate market is (ouch) I've transformed our studio into a private, exclusive sanctuary for photographers, videographers and other creatives.
